                        Here, we report results for 498 major cities within the US, for both years 2000 and 2010. 
                        We selected these cities using the 500-cities Project by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 
                        however, cities from the states of Alaska and Hawaii were excluded from the 500-cities list, as we lacked exposure data for these states. [Note: Use arrows on the keyboard to scroll right and left]</p>
